Customer Care Rep positions  

 

Our client is a global leader in security-related services for banks, financial institutions, mines, retailers, diamond and jewelry industries, pharmaceuticals and a variety of other commercial and governmental customers. From armored transportation to cash management, our services also include money processing, long-distance transport of valuables, vaulting and other value-added solutions. They deliver innovative services and solutions that contribute to critical business intelligence, improved productivity and enhanced security.  

 

Description:

$15 hr

Must be available between 5 a.m. – midnight, 7 days a week. 3 weeks  individual training. Training schedule is 9: 00 a.m. – 5: 00 p.m.  Upon completion of training,  candidate will be assigned a 5 day work week schedule. 8  hour days

 

Skill set:

High school graduate

Must articulate well on the telephone

Minimum 1 year experience with direct customer interaction

Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office include Word and Excel

Strong problem solving skills.  They will be managing day to day customer requests, all service related issues by resolving problems to minimize customer escalations

 

Background requirements:

No criminal/felonies, no theft

Some misdemeanors ok, case by case

Must pass a 10-panel drug screen

Must pass a credit check – no more than $10k in collection. School and medical ok.
