- At least 2 years recent experience in a call center environment
- Collections experience is highly preferred but they are willing to train the right people with no collection experience if they have call center experience in CSR/Tech Support/Sales
- Experience working with the " Big Banks" is highly preferred.
- Customer service skills, and phone etiquette required.
- High level of professionalism and polished appearance needed.
- At least 2+ years at previous positions.
Training Schedule - 3 weeks (Business Hours) Training hours are 9: 00-6: 00pm, starting on Mondays. 1 week training in a classroom setting - going over FDCPA guidelines & Company policies and procedures. 2 week on the floor " nesting" - double jacking calls & working with team lead to learn the software
Pay Rate is $15.00/hr. Bonus potentials from $300-1300+ once permanent. Not available in temp status.
