Phone based position assisting customers and dealers with questions and procedures related to the US Postal Service rate change and how this will affect our clients postal machines and services.

$15 an hour, Contract project

Will last from Jan 16th - End of Feb.   They may look to keep superstars on after the project ends. 

Hours Monday – Friday hours, shifts between 7: 00am-7: 00pm.  There is a 7-3P and an 11-7P shift.  Must be available for both shifts all week to take this role.

Training the first  2 weeks runs 830a-5p. NO weekends!

  • Call center experience – 1-2 years minimum.
  • Typing speed 35wpm.  Must test. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Professional and polished.
