The Level 1Tech Support Specialist will provide help desk support for Retail ATMs to our customers, distributors, and dealers. 

Major responsibilities:

Determine problems (hardware/software), Ask probing questions to reach root cause, Make recommendations for actions needed, Guide techs through the troubleshooting or repair process as necessary.

Specific tasks:

Answer incoming calls from customers, etc. and troubleshoot the issue with that customer. Additionally, they will log every call with enough detail to fully describe the events of the call, in a way that it will tell a story to others researching the call.

Skills required:

Good Analytical, Interpersonal and Organizational skills

Ability to work as a team

Lift up to 50lbs.


Skills Preferred but not required:

Degree or college course-work in Electronic Engineering Technology or technology related discipline

Experience in database application ((i.e. MS Access, CSM, NetSuite, Spice, etc.) to log tech support calls

Skill Details:

Must effectively communicate with numerous customers daily. Must also communicate with team members and management.

Must have experience with MS Word and Excel. Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.
