Temporary Office Manager (Ft. Worth)
- Electrical Subcontracting Company in Ft. Worth.
- Position open due to an Office Manager who is going on leave for 6 weeks.
- Need this person to help out while other person is on leave
- Will need strong Accounting Skills
- Pay rate will be from $19-21/hour
- Will have assistance by 2 other managers.
- There will be no traveling
- (1) Branch Manager and (5) CSM sales people and over 30 electricians.
- Lot to keep up with
- With the help of the Branch Manager, will supervise 5 sales people and over 30 electricians in company' s Ft. Worth office.
- No Travel necessary
- Email and phone communication with team members
- Billing-handling PO' s, Invoices, researching missing PO' s
- Dealing with vendors
- Accounting background
- Intermediate skills on Excel

Pay Rate: $19-24/hour depending on experience and interview
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 to 5
