Temporary Office Manager (Ft. Worth)
  • Electrical Subcontracting Company in Ft. Worth.
  • Position open due to an Office Manager who is going on leave for  6 weeks.
  • Need this person to help out while other person is on leave
  • Will need strong Accounting Skills
  • Pay rate will be from $19-21/hour
  • Will have assistance by 2 other managers.
  • There will be no traveling
  • (1) Branch Manager  and (5) CSM sales people and over 30 electricians.
  • Lot to keep up with

Job Duties:
  • With the help of the Branch Manager, will supervise 5 sales people and over 30 electricians in company' s Ft. Worth office.
  • No Travel necessary
  • Email and phone communication with team members
  • Billing-handling PO' s, Invoices, researching missing PO' s
  • Dealing with vendors
  • Accounting background
  • Intermediate skills on Excel

Pay Rate:  $19-24/hour depending on experience and interview

Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 8 to 5
