RPC Company is recruiting Chat Agents for a progressive company in the North Dallas Area!
Role
- Inbound Call and Chat Agent - North Dallas, TX
When You Will Be Working
- Training is 7 weeks
- 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm working from home.
- After training, will need to be flexible with shift times. (Times between 6am and 11pm).
How Much You Will Be Making
- Chat Agents make $11.75/hour or $13.00/hour if Bilingual (Overtime after training!)
What You Will Be Doing
- You will be answering inbound chats and taking escalation cases, and providing excelling customer service
- You will utilize an in-house search engine to quickly find responses to most inquiries regarding customer' s cable/internet service
- Virtual Training until ban is lifted
