Customer Care Admin - Carrollton, TX
Pay: $14-$16/hr DOE . -- Usually gets a raise after going term

General Responsibilities/Summary:
  • Answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints.
  • Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
  • Is the first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, lead time and sending samples.
  • Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working as CSR minimum 2 yrs
  • Experience working in a SMALL office environment.
  • Min. 2 yrs of College.
  • Typing speed minimum 45 WPM
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail oriented and very good organization skills
  • Ability to work in Adobe
