- Answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints.
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
- Is the first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, lead time and sending samples.
- Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
- Experience working as CSR minimum 2 yrs
- Experience working in a SMALL office environment.
- Min. 2 yrs of College.
- Typing speed minimum 45 WPM
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Detail oriented and very good organization skills
- Ability to work in Adobe
