Customer Service Agent Irving, TX

The primary responsibility for this role is to provide customer service for our external and internal customer clients. Support will be delivered via the telephone, tickets and email.
The customer service representative will work a shift, Saturday through Friday 8: 00am-10: 00pm with Sunday off and one other day during the week off.
- Receives and handles inbound customer service calls
- Creates and clearly documents tickets for all inquiries
- Performs troubleshooting for store issues
- Implements solutions and escalates issues
- Effectively integrates change and demonstrates flexibility
- Ensures the safeguarding of customer information
- Receptive to feedback, coaching and mentoring
- Achieves satisfactory performance in all areas such as, but not limited to, call monitoring, attendance and ticket resolution
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards fellow employees and customers
