Our client, a national healthcare company, is expanding rapidly and hiring several collections and customer service positions.

Pay: $17-20/hr DOE

Schedule: M-F

AR Collections: Duties include collecting on past due accounts receivable, compiling and ensuring correct information is being filed and prepared for report. Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts, and resolve discrepancies in pay. 40-60 claims on average will be worked per day for this position! Looking for someone committed to providing excellent customer service with a proactive positive attitude!

Payment Posters: Looking for experienced, flexible, candidates that are eager to learn! The Payment Poster will process payments daily. Payment are posted quickly and accurately to accounts within assigned deadlines to ensure the accuracy of the company’s billing processes and billing systems. The full spectrum involves receiving, sorting, batching and line item posting into the current practice management system.

Medical Records Representative: Looking for experienced, flexible, candidates that are eager to learn! The position is with a National Health Care company that is looking to expand. Responds to requests for medical records in a timely manner according to regional Medical Records protocol. Performs clerical duties. Medical Records request for Imaging services that are to be processed timely, within 15 days or by scheduled date noted in request. This is the medical records representatives’ primary job function. Must be able to process request within 15 business days from date received or listed on medical record requests.

AR Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years’ collection experience
  • healthcare experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are required
  • knowledge of insurance plans and providers
  • knowledge of claims and billing
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills including proper grammar
  • CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 knowledge

Payment Poster Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required and 2-5 years’ experience are required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with MDSuites, Healthpac, Vision on Demand and Centricity is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Must be highly motivated, productive, accurate and analytical
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills is required
  • 10k by touch and type 50-60 wpm accurately. 

Medical Records Representatives Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Secondary education preferred
  • 1-year of legal background experience
  • 1-year of radiology specialty experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Must be highly motivated, productive, accurate and analytical
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills is required
  • Knowledge of how to accurately and efficiently complete affidavits and other requested legal questions provided by Attorneys and/or record Companies.
