Job Summary:  

The Product Service Support Admin is responsible for the accuracy of inputting customer profiles, updates and maintenance of all customer’ s contract change requests. The successful candidate will interact with all internal and external Brinks customers to obtain the required information. Attention to detail, speed and quality of work in addition to interpersonal and team skills with the ability to adapt to change are key elements to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create contract change requests in the company' s case management system in order to maintain or exceed quality standards
  • Confirm accuracy of data collected from clients, sales, internal and/or external customers regarding customer information with respect to rate information and the facilitation of listed Service Level Agreement
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data with all internal and external customers as required to create each entry
  • Responsible for maintaining an effective and efficient transmittals of clients records
  • Respond to and resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information pertaining to customers service level agreement
  • Ensure each transaction is completed and met according to required specifications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative type of work handling a large volume of data
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
