Sales Coordinator - Addison, TX
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support including; screening calls, processing purchase and sales orders, generating reports and presentations, troubleshooting and customer needs assessment, scheduling and maintaining a calendar.
  • Perform routine clerical duties and provide general business support to the sales rep(s) and in support of business initiatives
  • Respond to and resolve routine sales inquiries
  • Maintain confidential company information
  • Participate in daily order approval to help expedite sales orders for the entire sales team
  • Must be able to occasionally attend industry trade shows and have the ability to speak intelligently about the solutions and demonstrate the products

COMPETENCIES
  • Candidate must be proficient in speaking and writing in English (Bilingual in Spanish is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and prioritizing
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy are critical
  • Proven communication skills in written and verbal formats
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and handling their needs over the phone
  • Learn the products and ordering system in order to support sales for assigned sales rep
  • Ability to work at a consistent level with minimal supervision and direction
  • Respond to all client e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the assigned sales rep(s) and the customer

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Associate’ s degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative or support of a sales department or group       
  • 3+ years of work experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with using a CRM system preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish, French or German) is a plus but not required
